All orders are shipped within 24 hours Monday – Friday.
All Next Day delivery orders must be completed before 11.45AM and Next Day shipping options should be selected at the checkout.
Please note that if you are not able to receive a parcel and a courier company returns it to us we will not be able to refund you for the shipping you paid. Also if you wish us to resend the item you will need to make another payment for the shipping.
Collect In Store
Please book an appointment for the collection by calling or sending an email.
You must bring your order number and the card used for the payment. If you paid using PayPal we’ll need alternative ID as proof of purchase
We’ll only give the order to the person who placed it, wherever you collect it from.
Please collect your order within 5 working days.

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class Royal Mail mail will not have tracking numbers.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
